Recapture Fabrication

In the early 2000s We were not doing much fabrication resulting in lost hours to Local 16. As a business agent with help from members in the field, we were able to convince contractors to do fabrication with our members per the Contract, it will save costs, and generate more hours, and improve quality. This has brought hours back to the Local and has continued to do so over many years.
